Scopes of services: These Terms and Conditions govern the private dining and culinary services provided by Senshouse for private events and dining experiences.
Guest conduct: The client is responsible for the behavior of their guests. Disruptive or unsafeconduct may result in the immediate termination of the experience.
Use of substances: The use of drugs or any illegal substances during the experience is strictly
prohibited.
Any violation may lead to the immediate termination of the experience, without refund.
Care of equipment and materials: Senshouse provides
exceptional tableware, glassware, linens, and service
materials. The client is responsible for any damage, loss,
or breakage, which will be billed accordingly.
Deposit and payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required 12 days
prior to the
experience. The remaining balance must be settled
before or on the day of the event.
Cancellations and rescheduling:
Cancellation more than 12 days prior: full deposit refunded.
Cancellation within 12 days: deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is possible subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
Agreement: Booking and deposit payment constitute agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Sens House commitment: Senshouse commits to deploying all reasonable means — personnel,
materials, and expertise — to ensure the experience unfolds flawlessly.
Client responsibilities: The client must ensure access to all necessary facilities and resources to
allow the seamless execution of the experience, including but not limited to: kitchen, tables,
electricity, water, and any other agreed arrangements.
Dietary requirements: The client must inform Senshouse of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or
preferences at least 12 days prior. Sens House will make all reasonable accommodations, but
cannot guarantee against accidental cross-contact.
Photography and media: Senshouse may request permission to photograph or film portions of
the experience for promotional purposes. The client may decline without penalty.
Liability: Senshouse is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other events outside
our control.
Force majeure: Senshouse cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control,
including but not limited to extreme weather, travel disruptions, or utility failures.
Confidentiality: All details regarding the client, guests, and event are strictly confidential.
